Expect to invest 3–6 hours weekly. This includes live Sunday sessions (8:30 PM WAT), reflective assignments, and actively building your personal brand. Between sessions, you'll engage deeply with mentors, coaches, and peers in our private Slack community.

Co-founded by Ifeoluwa Shoola and Mofoluwaso Ajayi-Sanni, Quiver Leadership Network is an international non-profit dedicated to equipping ambitious Gen Z women with the structural frameworks and emotional intelligence required for real-world leadership.

We combine high-level mentorship, intentional curriculums, and a vibrant, global community to help young women stop questioning their belonging and start leading with purpose.
